Delete your ZenKul account and data

You do not need to sign in. Enter the email address on your account and we will send a 6-digit verification code to it. Once verified, your request is recorded and completed within 30 days. You will get an email when the erasure is done.

What gets deleted

Your name, email address and phone number
Your date of birth, gender and profile photograph
Your login and the sessions attached to it
Your email delivery logs
The identifying details captured in our audit trail

What we must keep, and why

Paid fee invoices and receipts — required for 72 months under Section 36 of the CGST Act
Examination results your school must keep under board regulations
Records needed to defend a live legal claim

Still have access to your account? You can also request deletion from Profile → Request account deletion after signing in — it goes to the same place.
